Michelle Landry hasn’t really measured the size of her ears.

But she reckons they are big enough to stretch across nearly 91,049 kilometres of the Capricornia region.

The hard-working Federal Member for Capricornia is lending her ears to listen to people in regional areas by kicking off her ‘all ears’ listening tour across the electorate.

“I am fighting for better roads, water infrastructure, better mobile communication and projects that create jobs for local people. But it is very important to actually take the time to listen to people and hear what they have to say,” Ms Landry said.

“I am kicking off my ‘all ears’ listening tour around Capricornia starting in Sarina, Clermont and Middlemount. I am – to use the expression – ‘all ears’ – listening to any issues people have to say.”

Joining the feisty MP will be Queensland Senator Matthew Canavan.

Ms Landry said it will be one of many tours in the coming months.
